🛍️ Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Glassware

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

  • Downloadable software

  • Gift cards

  • Laboratory reagents & chemicals

  • Sterile items (e.g., blood collection tubes, sterile petri dishes, loops)

⚠️ Please do not send your purchase directly back to us without approval.

 

🔁 Exchange Policy

If your product is defective or damaged, and an exchange is requested:

  • Once we receive your return, your replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • You will be informed via email or WhatsApp once return pickup is approved and scheduled—at no additional cost.

📦 Customers are responsible for secure packaging of the return. Any loss or damage during return transit due to poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.

 

💳 Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

❗ Delayed Refund?

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take extra time to reflect

  3. Contact your bank for processing timelines

💡 Note:

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

🎁 Gifts

  • If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued upon return.

  • If not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

 

🚚 Shipping & Order Rejection Policy

Cancellation:

  • Before dispatch: Full refund, no deduction.

  • After dispatch: Freight + reverse shipping charges will be deducted.

Rejected Delivery:

  • Both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
