Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging with tags and accessories intact.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

🔁 Exchange Policy
If your product is defective or damaged, and an exchange is requested:

Once we receive your return, your replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.

You will be informed via email or WhatsApp once return pickup is approved and scheduled—at no additional cost.
📦 Customers are responsible for secure packaging of the return. Any loss or damage during return transit due to poor packaging is the customer’s responsibility.
💳 Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund within 3 days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

🚚 Shipping & Order Rejection Policy
Cancellation:

Before dispatch: Full refund, no deduction.

After dispatch: Freight + reverse shipping charges will be deducted.
Rejected Delivery:

Both forward and reverse shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
