We deliver to almost every PIN code across India.

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside India. For international inquiries, please contact our support team at info@apexlabs.co.in before placing an order.

• Order Processing: Dispatched within 24 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).

  • Note: Customized products may require additional processing time.

• Estimated Delivery Windows:

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days

  • Remote Areas: 7–10 Business Days

Please Note: While we strive for punctuality, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather, transit strikes, or courier delays.

4. Real-Time Tracking

Once your package leaves our lab, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and the courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees).

• How to track: Use the link provided in your notification or visit the courier’s website directly.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Your health is our priority. If your package arrives visibly damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please follow these steps:

1. Refuse the delivery.

2. Capture a photo or video of the damaged package.

3. Contact us immediately at +91 7238008852 or info@apexlabs.co.in with your Order ID.

   We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Undelivered Orders (Return to Origin)

If a delivery fails after multiple attempts due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability:

• Prepaid/Partial COD Orders: A refund will be processed after deducting the actual Forward & Reverse shipping costs incurred by Apex Labs.

7. Local Pickup & Free Local Delivery

For our customers in Varanasi, we offer faster, free alternatives to standard shipping.

• SLA: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are ready for same-day pickup.
