Preparation Instructions

1. Suspend 80.02 grams (or the specific amount indicated on the product label for double strength formulation) in 1000 mL of distilled water.
2. Gently heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely.
3. Dispense into culture tubes containing inverted Durham tubes for gas detection.
4. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
5. Allow to cool thoroughly before introducing your test sample.
